What Data We Collect
Account Data
Your email address and name, provided when you create an account. Used solely to identify you within the app and send password reset emails if needed.
Journey Entries
Your mood logs, urge levels, money saved, and journal notes. These are private to you — no other user, administrator, or third party can view them.
Recovery Plan
Your triggers, coping actions, and accountability contacts. Stored securely and accessible only to your account.
Tool Tracking
Which cessation tools you have tried or are actively using, along with your notes. Used only to personalise your experience.
Community Stories
If you choose to share a story, the content and your chosen display name is shown publicly. You can remain anonymous.
What We Don't Collect

How We Use Your Data
• To personalise your recovery tool recommendations
• To display your journey progress and streaks within the app

• To improve the app based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns
Request Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page within the app. This permanently removes your account, journey entries, recovery plan, tool tracking data, and community stories.
